Privacy policy

Last updated 3 November 2026

This policy covers the website ganggang.games and the B.H.A.I. (Big Hustle And Influence) Android app. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Who we are

B.H.A.I. is made by Gang Gang Games, an independent game developer based in Maharashtra, India. For anything about your data, write to g3.gang.games@gmail.com. That inbox is read by the person responsible for B.H.A.I. and your data.

18+ only

B.H.A.I. is for adults. It is a crime story with violence, betting, drinking and smoking in it. Under Indian law anyone under 18 is a child, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you think someone under 18 has joined the waitlist or signed in, email us and we will delete their data.

The website waitlist

If you join the waitlist on ganggang.games we store:

your name, email address and WhatsApp number (Indian mobile numbers only),
your area, if you pick one,
that you said you are 18 or older and agreed that Gang Gang Games can message you on WhatsApp and email,
the time you joined, and which link brought you (for example an Instagram post).

We use this only to confirm your place by email and to send you an invite code and news about B.H.A.I. on WhatsApp and email. Only Gang Gang Games can see the list. It is not public, and we never sell it or share it with anyone.

The website has no ads, no tracking cookies and no analytics. If you turn the sound off, the site remembers that on your phone (in your browser's storage); nothing about it is sent to us.

The app (when you are invited)

Your Google account basics when you sign in: your name, email address and an account ID. We use these to let you in, to show your name to the friend who invited you, and to keep your progress.
Invite records: which code you used, who made it, and the codes you make for others.
Your game save: your progress, money and settings, stored with your account so you can continue on another phone.
Crash reports: when the app crashes, a technical report with your device model, Android version and what went wrong.
Gameplay events: simple counts such as missions started and finished, used to find what is too hard or broken. These come with basic device information (model, Android version, country) from Google Analytics for Firebase.

We do not collect your contacts, photos, location or messages. The game's map is built in; it never uses your phone's GPS. When you share an invite, your phone's share menu sends it; we never see who you send it to.

Where it is kept

Waitlist entries, accounts, saves, crash reports and gameplay events are stored on Google Firebase (Google LLC), in India where available. Waitlist confirmation emails are sent through Gmail (also Google). Google processes this data for us under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or show ads.

How long we keep it

Waitlist entries are kept until B.H.A.I. is open to everyone or you ask us to remove yours. App data is kept while you play. Crash reports and gameplay events are deleted automatically by Firebase after at most 14 months.

Your rights

See or correct what we hold about you.
Delete it: your waitlist entry, or your account, save and invite records.
Stop the WhatsApp messages at any time: reply STOP, or email us.

Email g3.gang.games@gmail.com with your number (or, for the app, from the Google account you play with). We reply within 30 days. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Changes

If this policy changes, we update the date above and, for big changes, tell people on the waitlist or in the game.
